Workout Styles vs Schemes

Note that some common workout terms describe styles rather than scoring schemes:

TermDescriptionTypical Scheme
ChipperSequential movements, complete all reps before moving ontime or time-with-cap
LadderIncreasing/decreasing rep schemes (21-15-9, etc.)time or time-with-cap
Tabata20s work / 10s rest intervalsreps (lowest round or total)
PyramidUp-and-down rep scheme (1-2-3-4-3-2-1)time or rounds-reps

These are programming styles that use the standard scoring schemes above.
